TOURNIQUET: thigh

ANAESTHESIA:general

NERVE BLOCK:femoral and sciatic

KIT REQUIRED:Large power driver, DePuy Ace large fragment cannulated screws, Linvatec shaver blades (aggressive soft tissue resector, spherical and cylinrical burrs, sizes required 3.5-5.5 mm depending upon size of ankle and experience, initial cases with smaller blades. Large sterile bowl, Fine Lambotts osteotomes.
