OPERATIVE CONSIDERATIONS

PATIENT POSITIONING:supine with ipsilateral sandbag under buttock and well padded bowl behind the calf.

TOURNIQUET: Thigh at 300mmHg

ANAESTHESIA:general

NERVE BLOCK:Ankle

KIT REQUIRED:Ankle arthroscopic set up, soft tissue pack, Mayo needle, Arthrex Fibre wire sutures.
