If you are unfamiliar with Wright graftjacket then read graftjacket technical brochure and the relevant section of graftjacket op techniques before proceeding.
A J shaped incision running from the antero-lateral portal (1) back towards the peroneal tendons at the fibula tip (2). Initial blunt dissection should identify the Superficial peroneal nerve(3) and posteriorly the sural nerve.
