The Wright graftjacket has been divided into an appropriately sized width and then tubularised using a 2.0 vicryl suture(1). It is supplied as a flat sheet which requires rehydration in warm saline prior to usage. If you are unfamiliar with Wright graftjacket then read graftjacket technical brochure and the relevant section of graftjacket op techniques before proceeding. The graftjacket is then guided through the tunnel using the looped guidewire(3) through which has been looped a stout "whip stitch" through the end of the graft.
