Post operative protocol

Below knee lightweight cast for 6 weeks.Non weight bear 4 weeks.
Cast bivalved for the first two weeks.
Week 6-12 in Aircast Airsport brace, weight bear fully
Physiotherapy rehab from week 6.Peroneal strengthening and ankle ROM. Avoid inversion stresses.
Wobble board from week 10.
