TOURNIQUET: Ankle at 250mmHg

ANAESTHESIA: General or regional

NERVE BLOCK: Intermetatarsal

KIT REQUIRED: De Soutter Fine power saw, Fine Lambotts osteotomes, Arthrex basal plate set.
