TOURNIQUET:thigh at 300mmHg

ANAESTHESIA:general or regional

NERVE BLOCK:intermetatarsal

KIT REQUIRED:Large and small bone nibblers,High speed 5mm bone burr, De Soutter small power driver, DePuy Ace 4.0mm cannulated screws (or Wright MTP fusion)
