TOURNIQUET: Thigh at 300mmHg

ANAESTHESIA: General or regional

NERVE BLOCK: Intermetatarsal or popliteal+saphenous

KIT REQUIRED: DePuy Ace 4.0mm screws, 4.5 mm drill bit, Arthrex knot pusher.
