PATIENT POSITIONING: Supine with sandbag under ipsilateral buttock

TOURNIQUET: ankle,250mmHG

ANAESTHESIA: General

NERVE BLOCK: Popliteal + saphenous or intermetatarsal

KIT REQUIRED: Fine Lambotts osteotomes, High speed 5mm burr, DePuy Ace 4.0mm cannulated screws
