Lisfranc fusion-post operative protocol
12 weeks in below knee light weight cast.
Bivalved for the first two weeks
Non weight bear for 6 weeks then progressively increase weight bearing as able.
Once out of cast at twelve weeks into rigid supportive orthotic and light weight walking boot for 2 months.
