Post operative protocol

Compressive bandage 2 weeks.
Non weight bear 2 weeks.
Progress off crutches as able from 3 weeks onwards, usually several weeks.
A soft and wider fitting shoe such as the Aircast Podalux can be useful in the early weight bearing stages.
