PATIENT POSITIONING: supine with ipsilateral buttock sandbag and padded sterile bowl beneath the calf.

TOURNIQUET: Thigh, 300mmHG.

ANAESTHESIA: general

NERVE BLOCK: femoral and sciatic

KIT REQUIRED: Ao oscillating saw blade, large power driver, Arthrex opening wedge osteotomy set, Ao large fragment screws
