PATIENT POSITIONING: supine

TOURNIQUET: ankle at 250mmHg

ANAESTHESIA: General or regional

NERVE BLOCK: intermetatarsal

KIT REQUIRED: De Soutter Fine power saw, De Soutter fine power driver, Lambotts osteotomes, DePuy Barouk screws (and DePuy varisation staples), Homans retractors, McDonalds
