Dress wounds with Inadine and mepore dressings.
Kellers type bandage for 5 weeks, changed at 2 weeks.
Negative camber type shoe or stiff soled through rocker, such as the Aircast Podalux shoe, for 5 weeks.
MTP passive and active joint mobilisations from 4-5 weeks.
