Tibialis posteror debridement - post operative

6 weeks in light weight below knee cast.

Cast bivalved for the first two weeks, then changed to full cast.

Non weight bear for 3 weeks then increase weight bearing until week 6.

Once out of cast support foot in rigid supportive orthotic for 3 months, then as required.
